Vallexa represents owners of home health, hospice, home care, behavioral health, dental, med spa, billing, infusion, clinical research, and longevity businesses in confidential, success-based transactions.

The emails you received were sent by real people on the Vallexa Admin Team using the healthcaresellers.com domain. They were not sent by a bot, a list broker, or a third party, and nobody outside Vallexa has access to the replies.

Our team contacts healthcare business owners for two reasons. The first is to offer a free, confidential valuation so an owner can understand what their business might be worth before making any decision. The second is to let owners know when qualified buyers are actively looking in their area and industry, because those windows open and close.

There is no obligation attached to either. Most owners who hear from us are not planning to sell right now, and that is fine. The offer stands whenever the timing is right.
